Pinnacle Academy’s annual International Children’s Festival was held on April 20th at NOVA Annandale’s Cultural Center. The theme of this year’s event was “making the world a better place through change”. The festival showcased food and performances from all around the world. Pinnacle students participated in an international fashion show and several cultural song and dance numbers. This year Pinnacle also held an art and photography contest. Students from Pre-School to 8th grade were asked to make a piece of art or take a photograph which best represented the festival’s theme of “making the world a better place through change”. The art work was displayed at the event and several winners were selected. We are already looking forward to next year!
